Join us for Norval's Spring Open House
Sunday, June 1 from 1 to 3 p.m.
Come and explore what UCC's outdoor campus has to offer! Take part in some fun activities and enjoy some refreshments with members of the community.
Norval Amazing Race: Try out the course that takes you around the Norval property with more than 15 challenges to complete!
Visit the Norval Garden: Our students have worked hard to create this lush, educational garden filled with herbs, flowers and veggies. Spring is the perfect time to visit, where you can learn about and meet our vermi worms and plant some flowers with our gardener.
Crayfish Safari: Did you know there are 3 different kinds of crayfish that live in the Credit River? Help us catch (and release) some and see what else we can find. Please bring rubber boots for this activity, as you have to wade into water.
Walking Tours: Join us on a guided walking tour to see and learn about spring wildflowers and edible plants. the trails can be muddy, so please bring good walking shoes or hiking boots.
Food and refreshments will be available in Stephen House.
Friends, family and leashed dogs are all welcome to join (note that dogs are not permitted in Stephen House).
